Our Mission
District One is dedicated to promoting the study of parliamentary procedure and the educational programs of National Association of Parliamentarians® . District one will evolve to a collaborative and inclusive membership focusing on growth, engagement, and education.
Our Vision
The vision is to provide parliamentary leadership and engagement to youth, deliberative assemblies and members.

I am thrilled to extend my warmest welcome to each one of you as we embark on an exciting journey together. I have the distinct privilege of serving as District One Director. It is both an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with this role, and I am eager to lead our district to new heights.
I believe the success of our district lies in the combined efforts of all members. Together, we will create a supportive, dynamic, and enriching environment where everyone can I.G.N.I.T.E. their potential and achieve their NAP goals. I encourage each everyone to actively participate, share thoughts, and be part of this transformative journey.

Inspire:
Each of us, as leaders and members, must strive to inspire one another, creating a culture of motivation, support, and excellence within our district.
Grow:
Together, we will galvanize our collective efforts to drive growth within our district, welcoming new members, nurturing existing talents, and expanding our reach.
Network:
Communication is vital. We will focus on building a stronger network, both within our district and across to enrich the NAP experience
Innovate:
To spark innovation at every level of our district, embracing new ideas, strategies, to improve our member experience.
Train:
Education and personal development are at the core of NAP and District One. We will continue to invest in high-quality parliamentary training, providing credentialed members with mentors and other resources to further their parliamentary acumen.
Engage:
Member engagement is vital. Providing intentional opportunities not only within your association but also other Districts in NAP – hybrid or in person.
